Selvom man er blevet 51 år, kan man sagtens fejre en succes på en ganske lækker måde.

Halle Berry kender du fra film som Monster’s Bal, Catwoman, X-Men og James Bond. Hun er den eneste m√łrke kvinde, som har vundet en Academy Award for Best Actress.

Hun har v√¶ret med i branchen l√¶nge, og derfor siger hendes f√łdselsattest da ogs√•, at hun er blevet 51 √•r gammel.

Det g√łr dig ingenting, for hun ser stadig ufatteligt smuk ud. Og i anledningen af hendes rolle som Sofia i den nye film John Wick 3, har hun smidt billeder p√• nettet, hvor hun igen ser bl√¶ndende smuk ud.

Summer is coming so this #FitnessFriday let‚Äôs go there and talk beach bodies! For me, having a great beach body is so much more than looking good in a bikini, it‚Äôs more about FEELING good in your body! No matter what the actual shape of your body is, when you can put on a bikini or swim trunks and FEEL confident, that‚Äôs the win! For me, that confidence has always come as a result of loving myself enough to put my health and wellness first by doing the necessary work.¬†If you‚Äôve just started your fitness journey or if you‚Äôve been working out and you‚Äôre not quite where you want to be yet, don‚Äôt beat yourself up, just stay the course.¬†Knowing that you are in pursuit of optimum health and wellness, your confidence level will sky rocket and you will still be the ‚Äúbaddest‚ÄĚ on the beach this summer. Take pics of your transformation as I‚Äôll be having an #HBBEACHBODY contest over the summer and the winner will be flown to LA to work-out with us! On my IG Stories you can find a few exercises to help you along the way. Strong abdominal and chest muscles are important to achieve good posture which is key to looking good in a swim suit. And let‚Äôs not forget the butt! The first exercise is called Crazy 8.¬†¬†All you need is a ball.¬†You do 8 push-ups over the ball, then jump as high as you can, then immediately do 8 squats forcing your butt to touch the ball each time. Next time you do 7, 6, 5…and so on all they way down to 1. Do this for 3 sets. Then get a partner and do a Buddy Back to Back.¬†Do 20 reps for 3 sets.¬†Finish with the fly swatter.¬†All you need is a towel. Do 40 swats for 3 reps. Good luck! ūüí™ūüŹĹ‚̧ԳŹ #FitnessFridayHB

Yay it‚Äôs #FitnessFriday! So many of you have asked about my meditation routine. A few months ago I had the good fortune of traveling to India and it was a life changing experience. While there, I met a yogi master who led me in meditation for 2.5 hours!! That was a first for me. The experience not only profoundly changed me, but it inspired me to never go a day without some sort of meditation. So, today I share with you my favorite spot to meditate at home. In the far back of my garden, I have a spot that‚Äôs super secluded with a fountain. I feel safe there, and the sound of running water relaxes me. I make sure I have on comfortable clothes and I decide for how long I‚Äôm going to meditate. I set my alarm so that I‚Äôm sure to reach my goal. I usually do some stretching first so that my body feels loose and stress-free. I then find a comfortable position that I can stay in for at least 30 minutes. I close my eyes and begin. I start by focusing only on my breathing. I try to clear my mind of everything. This is not easy to do, so don‚Äôt feel bad if you struggle for a while. Stick with it, I promise it does get easier. When thoughts creep in my mind, I gently push them away and get back to focusing on my breathing. Once I‚Äôm able to clear my mind, I start to repeat whatever mantra I have for day or I simply listen to the thoughts that come to me. Many yogi‚Äôs believe this is the time to hear the messages from your higher self, your higher power, the universe, Mother Earth or God! I let them wash over me, absorbing all that comes up. When I‚Äôm done, I have ultimate clarity and I feel at peace. Today I hope you can find at least 10 minutes to meditate. Trust me, it will start to transform your thinking, which will change your life. The time is not the key, the intention is. This #FitnessFriday is dedicated to the importance of stretching! After I work out, it‚Äôs important for me to stretch and lengthen. Fitness is not just about running, lifting and punching. For me, being athletic and super fit is also about being still, stretching and breathing. Including stretching in my fitness program helps my muscles stay long, limber, improves my mobility and range of motion and, most importantly, helps me avoid injuries. This is one of my favorite #yoga poses, the shoulder stand, that stretches my lower spine and legs. I feel 2 inches taller after this stretch! Some people use yoga poses to manage stress, increase circulation, for medication, recovery, better sleep, and mobility just to name a few.
