If you see me less it’s cause I’m doing more. If you don’t value your time, neither will others. Stop giving away your time and talents. Value what you know and start charging for it. Time is currency. Wasted time is worse than wasted money. You have two choices every single day, continue to sleep with your dreams. Or to wake up and chase them! For me personally, I treasure my early mornings. I wake up every morning at 4 am and make sure I have a full hour to do my morning routine and get grounded before I start my day. This is CRUCIAL. I am always craving that creative energy that I can only get while the rest of the world is asleep. I will take a sunrise over a sunset ANY DAY. When I wake up to see that its already light out, I feel disappointed because the world has started without me. “Cultivate the habit of early rising. It is unwise to keep the head long on a level with the feet.” The best dreams happen when you’re awake! Successful people wake up early, talk less, stay laser-focused, don’t waste time, live healthy, and ignore nonsense. Be a master of your time and you will become a master of your life. Staying properly fueled for your workouts is KEY! Supplementing can be so important! Supplements make it much easier to get the necessary nutrients to build muscle and can even give you an advantage and enhance your training when taken right and combined with a good diet. I am often asked the following two questions: 1. What do you take and how is it working? 2. But can’t you build a better physique from just whole food? These two questions go hand in hand.
