Legday! 💪🏻💗 ➊ KB Sumo Squat – 4 sets x 12 reps Position your feet just a bit wider than shoulder width to work more on the quads (and a bit wider stance to work on your inner thighs, hamstrings and glutes) Toes slightly pointed out and keep your body upright. ➋ KB Stiff Legged Deadlift – 4 sets x 12 reps A slight bend to your knees and keep your back flat. Lower until you feel the stretch in your hamstrings and glutes and slowly drive through heels back up. ➌ BB Hip Thrust – 4 sets x 12 reps Use the glutes to push the hip as high and controlled as possible, pause for a moment at the top with a big glute squeeze! ➍ Elevated Reverse Lunge – 4 sets x 16 reps (8 each leg) Step back and let the front leg create a 90 degree angle. Single leg movements helps to increase stability, fix muscle imbalance.
