I have a confession 🙈 for the first 2 years of my training I NEVER, EVER trained chest. I was in bikini and had implants (100% silicon boobies 😜) so I didn’t really need much muscle there. BUT THEN I moved up into ladies Physique and realized How much my #chesticles were lagging. Back in the game after two weeks off training 👊🏾. I finally got my chin over the bar (not quite strict) with 90 lbs of extra weight!! I am posting my full pull up workout I did below if you’re curious. • Read more: I decided to go hard until I had nothing left last night. I didn’t write out a plan or anything; sometimes i like to just let my body lead the way. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ 1 min dead hang x2 with 10lb 30 scapula shrugs 10 pull ups 10 pull ups with 10lbs 10 dips with 10 lbs 5 dips with 10lbs 10 tuck ups 10 chin ups with 10lbs 10 dips 10lbs Hour yoga class Warmed up again with 10 lbs 5 pull ups with 25 lbs 3 attempts with 85 lbs 10 cross grip pull ups 8 attempts at 90lbs – got my chin over on one attempt. 10 pull ups 10 chin ups 4 typewriter pull ups 6 wide type writers, ended with 1 wide grip pull up Two failed lock off attempts Burned out with 8 pull-ups • thankful I have such an awesome gym to train at ➡ @inspirerocktx !!!
